We have two levels of Helpdesk service.
- Standard Helpdesk (for clients not on contract)– call us, put a ticket in, and get a call back as soon as we can
- Priority Helpdesk (for clients on contract) – up to 24/7 availability plus a 15-minute response guarantee for phone calls or chats
